4 Years Later
Four years ago, our family started on a wellness journey.
What started as a means to help our toddler daughter sleep more restfully at night, turned into a complete lifestyle change that has blessed our family endlessly.
We had always tried to shop local and eat organic foods. We had been making our own cleaning products for a while, too…but didn’t really understand all of the dangers lurking in our home and making us sick. We weren’t alone - most people aren’t aware.
There are ingredients in everyday things like laundry soap, dish soap, dryer sheets… all linked to cancer, infertility, and disease. We just didn’t know.
Even the baby wash and lotions I was using on our little girl contained these ingredients.
After our eyes were opened, we began to read the labels on our products. We threw away all of our candles, shampoos, body washes, and more.
